NetFlow, FlowScan will be your answer......

You will need to use RRDTool instead of MRTG

Subject: [mrtg] reporting range ip traffic

Ok so I'm wondering if it's possible to get mrtg to report traffic (in
and
out) from a range of IPs. For example I want to see all the traffic that
is going in and out from 10.1.95.* If it is possible is there a way to
get it on a monthly basis? Can anyone perhaps point me to some
documentation that would guide me through this? thanks,

Corban
