It's a site I maintain with OIDs for some of the load balancing vendors 
out there, including ArrowPoint/Cisco CSS.  

The ArrowPoint MIB implementation isn't totally complete, although there
is a way to measure connections per second (for the unit, but not for
the individual VIPs/content rules).  With the latest version of their
WebNS (5.2 I believe with their brand new hardware), they may have more
metrics, 
but I havn't had a chance to check it out.
