[mrtg] Gah! I can't find it anywhere! SNMPGET

I hear everyone mentioning using SNMPGET to poll SNMP OIDs/MIBs but I can't
seem to locate this valuable tool anywhere.  Can someone enlighten me where
I can get it for Win32?  I'm desperate!
