[mrtg] Permission problem

The mrtg process can not write in the 

The mrtg process can not write in the  /var/www/html/mrtg, your process is probably running as mrtg and the web server is most likely running as nobody. User nobody can't write in the directory or to the file.  CHeck permissions on /var/www/html/mrtg and to the files in that directory.
