[mrtg] snmp on Win2K

Hi All,

	I am trying to get snmp service working on Win2K (since my windows guys
don't seem to be able to get it running so it can respond to requests from 
MRTG).

	Is there a trick to make it run as a ordinary user, and not as local 
administrator
(I know that windows NT never had this problem at all).
