[mrtg] MRTG and nagios

Does anyone have any experience taking nagios output
and then displaying it within MRTG?  I would be very
grateful if someone could give me some pointers or a
web site that talks about it.  Please help as I have a
big project with this due very soon and I just
recently learned about SNMP and how it works, let
alone all the intricacies of graphing MRTG output.
