[mrtg] MRTG config files

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to specify certain settings for a cfg
file
Before you run cfgmaker. The reason bhind this question is that I would
like 
To run cfgmaker as a cron job everynight to make sure all my configs are
in 
Sync with my actual devices since they change daily.

My problem is that we use mrtg only to gather the data and rrdtool as a
store
For the collected data. So that this works correctly I need to specify
the 
Folowing global config in each file

LogFormat: rrdtool
PathAdd: /usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.39/bin/
LibAdd: /usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.39/lib/perl/
WorkDir: /export/home/mrtg/sjo

So before I write a perlscript which opens the file and updates it with
this 
Setting I was wondering if it can be set somewhere else...
