[mrtg] Alerts

Hi friends, I have working mrtg with Thresholds , the alarm when ThreshMinI is reached works, but when the ThreshMaxI is crossed, nothing happen.
The bandwidth of my link is 64000 bps. I want to run maillaert.bat when the value is more than 56000 bps. 
Here is my cfg file
