[mrtg] CVX and MRTG

I am wondering how to monitor modems in use on a CVX 1800.  I can query it 
through snmp but every time I try it with mrtg I get a snmpget error.  The 
OID's I am using are 1.3.6.1.4.1.2637.2.2.1424.1.2 for the total num of 
modems and 1.3.6.1.4.1.2637.2.2.1424.1.8 for the number in use.  I am 
writing the target as:

Target[cvx]: 
1.3.6.1.4.1.2637.2.2.1424.1.2&1.3.6.1.4.1.2637.2.2.1424.1.8:public at router

Any suggestions?
