im wondering if anyone has encountered this problem before.
we have 2 5300 and snmp is working great on one and not at all on the
second. they are both configured the same with the exception of a
different version of IOS, is this a possible cisco MIB bug, i think i read
of one a while ago, i will research that more.
a little about my mrtg /net-snmp setup it is on debian and seems to be
running fine, i have added my cisco pop management and voice mib to
/usr/share/snmp/mibs. the net-snmp doc is bad, so im not 100% sure if
these mibs loaded but i think so because 1 5300 is working.
thanks for any input!
the working one is:
IOS (tm) 5300 Software (C5300-IS-M), Version 12.2(13)T, RELEASE SOFTWARE
(fc1)
no problems.
the 5300 that doesnt work gives the the following:
IOS (tm) 5300 Software (C5300-IS-M), Version 12.2(2)XB8, EARLY DEPLOYMENT
RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
when i run cfgmaker
