[mrtg] HP Color LaserJet 4600 (Request for OIDs/MIBs or Cfg files)

I have a half dozen HP Color LaserJet 4600 Printers.  I would like to
graph the number of black & white pages printed, color pages printed,
and the remaining toner cartridges and remaining fuser and transfer
kits.

I have walked SNMP using GetIf several times and compared to printed
config sheets but just cannot seem to be sure which are the ones I want.
Does anyone have anything to share?
