Yes, but keep in mind that your connection could be full duplex.  If you are
using rateup, the only way that I have found to do is by doing the
following:  

Target[BW-TOTALS]: -1:cummunity at ipaddress: + 1:cummunity at ipaddress:

And then use NOI, or NOO

Am I correct in assuming that if MRTG graphs 80k on input and 80k on output 
I am actually using 160k of my network connection?

If I am correct can I create a graph that displays the 160k of actual usage 
instead of splitting the usage up into input and output?
