[mrtg] Re-Installation

I am trying to reinstall mrtg on a webserver. I haven't been able to stop the current daemon from running though. The server is running Windows 2000 and using IIS v5. The wperl/perl process isn't showing up so that I can kill it like what is mentioned in the documentation. Is there a command switch that I can use to stop the daemon?
