you can add the two with the normal $, you have to MRTG requires two
[target]: 
1.3.6.1.2.1.16.1.1.1.5.1&1.3.6.1.2.1.16.1.1.1.5:comunityname at device
If you don't want the outbound to appear - use the option noo.
Options[target]: noo
If you don't want the inbound to appear - use the option noi
Options[target]: noi
