[mrtg] RRDTOOL graph error

I just got rrdtool running after using MRTG for awhile.  I used 14all.cgi to
create the web pages, however, when I click on one of my routers from the
index page the images here have a really large value for the percentage.
Can someone help me figure out why it's doing this?  It doesn't happen on
all interfaces.  Attached is a picture of the issue.  Thanks!
