Thats the beauty of windows. If stuffs up the translation of your history
file.
Under RRD 1.0.38 it failed for me (and some other subscribers to this list)
Not sure if the latest release works better.

Start with a clean logfile, and build new history.

You are using 14all.
I found MRTG-RRD failed from windows server
Routers2 works as well. Your choice.
