Hi all,

i would like the interface description to be appear in the Title[] property
for the target
instead of the interface number.

I tried

perl d:\mrtg\bin\cfgmaker public at 10.10.10.10 --ifdesc=alias --output
"d:\test.cfg"

but it seems that this option is simply ignored. In the resulting .cfg -file
only the standard
(Traffic Analysis for ....") appears, although there are "description"
entrys for each interface
configured on the router, which is a Cisco 3640.

I run mrtg and cfgmaker on a W2K-Server. Version is 2.9.29.

Any ideas ?

Thanks !

Frank
