I've done successfully Celsius to Fahrenheit conversions, with " * 1.8 + 32", so you should be able to do it.

Subject: [mrtg] Multiplying by non-integer numbers
Hello all,
is it possible to apply a non-integer multiplying factor on traffic
collected by MRTG?
For instance:
Target[target1]: /1.1.1.1:mycommunity at 10.20.30.40 * 1.15
I need to apply a correction factor of 15% in my graphics (and RRD
database), but couldn´t find any way to do it. The config above led to
weird results ;)
Thanks in advance
