But seriously.......it would be nice to know whether anybody has managed to
put together graphing for emails processes and spam/viruses rejected.

I have set up a handful of mail servers / spam control using various
products.  Statistics of emails processed were often a requirement and
visual aid to illustrate the efficacy (or indiscrimate rejection) of spam
management systems would be a good selling tool (or eye opener).
