Is it possible to use an OID result as a description.

For example, i am graphing linux disk usage:

OID is the partition size
OID is the amount of free space, and
OID is the "description" or mount point in this

I would like to be able to use the description, so instead of doing:

Title[disk_2]: Disk Space for /boot -- susrds2c

i can do something like:

Title[disk_2]: Disk Space for -- susrds2c

is this possible?
thank you!
