[mrtg] Newbie: How to configure MRTG?

Hello all,

I would like to ask you, how can I control over the servers inside the
network by using MRTG? Recently, I can control only CISCO Router by using
this command "/usr/bin/cfgmaker public at router > router.cfg" and make it
run in cron job. I am using SuSE8.0, SuSE8.1. I would like to control the
traffics over my servers but I do not know what to do?
