[mrtg] OIDs or cfg for Disk I/O performance for Win2K Servers

HI

We would like to monitor Disk Performance(read and write performance). Can 
any one help me to give to share the cfg or the OID for the following 
variables.

Disk Read Bytes/sec	Disk Write Bytes/sec
Disk Reads/sec	Disk Writes/sec

Is there a way to show used memory instead of free memory.
