In Openview, if you passed $a $b $c into the batch file, your batch should
use %1 %2 %3 to represent the first, second and thrid variable parsed into
it...

Jason,

    This is a question better answered on the OV Forum, but from the Event
Correlation Menu if you call a script you can pass that script any variable
available from NNM.

    I suggest that you load the Mail::Sendmail Module in to Perl and use it
to send your event message. The Sendmail module will allow you set the sent
time.
