[mrtg] Updated cfgmaker template for Bluecoat/Cacheflow proxies

I have made some changes to the Bluecoat/Cacheflow proxy 
cfgmaker templates available for download from 
http://mrtg.gvolk.com. Most notably there are now several
targets dealing with fan speed (RPM).

These new OIDs are not documented in the mib that
I have (which AFAIK is the latest version) and appear
to be unsupported on the older (2+ years) proxy
appliances.
