The Microsoft OID's can be flakey. I recommend using Garth's agents at:

This is what I have in my config file:
Target[mem-luminus]:
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.6&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.5:public at 172.25.144.2 /
1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.6&1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.5.5:public at 172.25.144.2 * 100
SetEnv[mem-luminus]: MRTG_INT_IP="172.25.144.2"
MRTG_INT_DESCR="Memory-Utilisation"
MaxBytes[mem-luminus]: 536870912
Title[mem-luminus]: Luminus - Memory Utilisation
Options[mem-luminus]: gauge, nopercent, noi
LegendI[mem-luminus]: Percent
LegendO[mem-luminus]: Percent
ShortLegend[mem-luminus]: %
YLegend[mem-luminus]: Percent
PageFoot[mem-luminus]: <script
language="JavaScript">document.refresh;</script>
PageTop[mem-luminus]: <H1>Luminus - Memory Utilisation</H1>
<TABLE>
<TR><TD>Description:</TD><TD>Memory Utilisation</TD></TR>
<TR><TD>Physical RAM:</TD><TD>512MB (519680 KBytes)</TD></TR>
</TABLE>
I am using the formula which was posted just before. I have a small amount
of
activity on my graph at the moment, only 13% though which is incorrect
anyway.
It seems to be going up though, so maybe it will sort itself out.
Will give it a bit of time and see what happens.
