[mrtg] 14all.cgi issue

I'm using MRTG 2.10.5, RRDTool 1.0.45 and 14all.cgi v1.1 on Win2kSP3 with
ActiveState Perl v5.8.0.
All of my Graphs are coming up correctly except that the page refresh of 300
seconds is being omitted.  Any ideas where I would go to add and/or modify
the refresh interval generated on the web page?
