My main issue here is that i see every day the same questions all over
again. If people have to reply again and again to the same question, then
there is nothing new to learn. A mailing list is NOT only to solve problems
but also to learn, and to see how other users implemented/using things.

i've no idea why you are "talking" like that. I always thought that the main
function of mailing list is to help people. So, when they are sending
e-mails that's not for fun but because they got problems. If you think, that
such questions are too trivial for you - simply not answer for them.
