A 5500 sup-iii running 5.x supports cpmCPUTotal5sec (as instance 9. 
That's why you have to walk the mid to be certain), where my sup-ii 
running 4.x does not.  It might be a 4.x vs 5.x thing - I don't have
enough ram in my sup-ii's to upgrade to 5.x.
