[mrtg] Re: Fork command failing now

Not quite. I am seeing a conflict between both possible configurations. I
can use RRD successfully as long as I am not attempting to have MRTG fork
processes. If I am using RRD for logging and attempt to use the Fork
command to have MRTG poll in parallel processes, I am not seeing data in my
graphs for the period of time. The minute I remove the Fork command I start
to see data again going forward.

Basically
Config w/ fork Graph shows results (MRTG created)
Config w/ RRD Graph shows results (14ALLCGI created)
Config w/ RRD & fork	Graph missing results (14ALLCGI created)

I hope that better illustrates the problem we're experiencing.

Excuse me if I got this wrong but you seem to think
"Fork" and "RRDtool" are interchangable.

Probably not. From what I understand you somehow removed the
"logformat: rrdtool" line (or the update did). Replace that line and try
again.
