[mrtg] cfgmaker in redhat 9 returned nothing

hi guys,
i'm running redhat 9 with net-snmp-5.0.6-17 and
mrtg-2.10.11. here's my cfgmaker lines and the result
:

# ./cfgmaker --global 'WorkDir: /var/www/html/mrtgweb'
--global 'Options[_]: bits,growright'  --output
/usr/local/mrtg-2/mrtg.cfg public at rxy1.xxx.yy.zz

--base: Get Device Info on public at rxy1.xxx.yy.zz:
--base: Vendor Id:
--base: Populating confcache
--snpo: Skipping ifName scanning because
public at rxy1.xxx.yy.zz: does not seem to support it
--base: Get Interface Info
--base: Walking ifIndex
--base: Walking ifType
--base: Walking ifAdminStatus
--base: Walking ifOperStatus
--base: Walking ifSpeed
--base: Writing /usr/local/mrtg-2/mrtg.cfg

the mrtg.cfg result was less than it should be.
there's almost nothing :(
snmpwalk and snmpget result was good. what could be
wrong??
