[mrtg] Problems with interval.

Hello,  
I installed mrtg-2.9.25 and Active Perl 5.6.1 Build 633  
The platform and windows 2000 professional  
  
The problem is that the mrtg usually installs, it generates the html and it
usually updates.  
After some time, the graphs don't update and in the window of the one of the
it exhibits the following message:  
WARNING: date collection did not completes within interval!  
  
Please help me.
