[mrtg] CPU utilisation

Hi all, 
I would like to get information about the CPU of 
the UNIX stations(SUNOS, HPUX, AIX, IRIX) and windows NT 
computer of a network (with snmp&mrtg).
I would like to know if some stations are 
"sleeping"..

I'm newbie on snmp..
someone knows which mib should I use in order to have this 
information(the use of CPU). (this 
one: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.3
?)
Do this MIB object work on all unix plateforms?
And finally, if this MIb object is lacking on the station, 
how can I add it?
