[mrtg] timestamps?

Hi, i've got some weird behavior. On a couple of linux (RH 7.3, x86) 
boxes I've got, MRTG insists on thinking it's in GMT. The 'date' command 
on both boxes responds with the correct time and timezone. I have 
configured MRTG with the Timezone option for CST (my timezone) and now 
the reports say "CST" but they are still about 6 hours in advance!

Where does MRTG get the system time? Something I've missed? thanks for 
any thoughts!
