[mrtg] CPU Utilization on W2K Server

Good day all,
 
I have been battling quite some time now to get the CPU utilization 
on a W2K server. I used the performance logs as well as the perfmib
route.
 
Does anyone know if there is any other way of doing this except
through
the the logs or perfmib ?
