Mrtg.org is NOT an alias for www.mrtg.org; www.mrtg.org IS an alias for mrtg.org.

It is likely that the webhosting provider is performing name-based virtual hosting.  It's perfectly OK to have more than one website on a single IP address.

Unfortunately, the virtual website hasn't been set up for mrtg.org, and the www.twentycent.net site happens to be the default site for this server.  Use www.mrtg.org, and report the problem to the folks who manage the server (we're all here because we want help from our peers on how to use MRTG).

but mrtg.org IS a (DNS) alias of www.mrtg.org :)
that's why its a bit strange...

host www.mrtg.org
www.mrtg.org is an alias for mrtg.org.
mrtg.org has address 64.39.30.21

mrtg.org redirects you somewhere where authentication is required (www.twentycent.net)

I believe that there's something missing in the DNS zone file but I could be wrong
