[mrtg] announce mrtg-2.9.27beta2

Folks,

I have made another beta of mrtg-2.9.27 (beta2) this time I think I
have been able to resolve the issues on Win32.

Note that this release has received only limited testing and  it
COULD DESTROY your logfiles ...

The problem with win32 was that %lld is not implemented in the
MS libc and that I have to use %I64d instead ...

I have also added to test the core long long operations in
configure, so if other oses have problems there is will hopefully
get picked up ...

Please try beta2 and let me know if you what you find ...
