[mrtg] How to monitor the number of MSDP SA received and advertised ?

Hello all,

Currentlly, with the MRTG assistance, i monitor a multicast backbone (packets,...). In this multicast backbone, i have many MSDP peering. It's for this reason i would like to monitor the number of MSDP SA (active source) received and advertised from one peering. 

Is somebody knows how to monitor these MSDP SA ? It seems it's not possible with a OID (?) May be with a external script (perl ?)) ?
