Find an OID4 that always returns a zero (Walk the device, hopefully there
should be one there).

target[xyz]: OID1&OID3:public at device + OID2&OID4:public at device

Note that it takes the first OID of the first pair and adds it to the first
OID of the second pair, not the other way round.
