[mrtg] RRDTool registration error

Hi all,
 
I am trying to register the rrdtool package with perl on a Win2k box.  Here
is what I type and the error message.
 
c:\rrdtool\perl-shared>ppm install rrds.ppd
Error: No valid repositories: Error: 500 EOF at 
C:/Perl/site/lib/PPM/Repository.pm line 84 Error: 403 Forbidden at 
C:/Perl/site/lib/PPM/Repository.pm line 84
 
C:\rrdtool\perl-shared>
 
I have ActivePerl 5.8.0 installed.
 
Has anyone ran across this before?
