[mrtg] Monitoring Break

Hello everybody,

I'm using MRTG version 2.9.17, to monitor the ports on the router and
switches.

I don't know when it start happening, but everyday for about ten-twenty
minutes, and some days more than one time, the incoming value on the
serial port (the gateway) of the router is 0.0b/s, which is impossible,
since we having incoming traffic all day, specially when the value is
0.0b/s.

Has anyone experienced this, and can anybody help me?
