[mrtg] Measure percentage of traffic on cisco routers

Hi, 
I have one doubt, is it possible using mrtg, to to measure on my cisco routers, how much of traffic in an interface is http, snmp, pop, smtp, ..
Like x% is http traffic, y% is snmp, …???
I think not, but I would like you guys to confirm it to me. And if it is possible, how would I do it???
