[mrtg] Max, Average and Current Not Calculated

I'm using MRTG 2.9.17 and am experiencing a small problem.  I've scoured 
the archives and have found a couple mentions of the problem, but no 
solutions.

On the MRTG generated web pages, within the 'Weekly', 'Monthly' and 
'Yearly' sections, the 'Max', 'Average' and 'Current' fields all display 
  a value of '0.0'.  Intermittently the fields in the 'Weekly' portion 
will have actual values displayed, but most of the time, it's all 0's.

The only errors I see in the logs are regarding routers that don't 
respond due to them being offline for one reason or another (I'm 
monitoring about 450 cable modems).

Below is an example target from my configuration file (with the actual 
customer information replaced with <Info> entries):

If anybody has any idea why this is occuring and how to fix it, I would 
love to hear it.  Thanks.
