[mrtg] Error message re: rateup

This is probably something really simple, but when I run MRTG for the first
time I receive the following error message:
"ERROR: Can't Execute 'C:/MRTG-2.9.26b/bin\rateup".  I haven't been able to
find this error listed anywhere.
I am running MRTG on a W2K box against a Cabletron switch.  I would
appreciate any help.
