[mrtg] MRTG warnings

I am currently running MRTG v2.9.22 and it works great.   I wanted to get
MRTG running with RDDtool so I decided to setup another installation of
MRTG on another system (WinNT 4 sp6a & IIS4) for testing so I wouldn't mess
up my current non-rdd installation.  I installed the latest ActivePerl,
MRTG v 2.10pre3 and copied my configs from the working v2.9.22
installation. I did not
installed RDD because I wanted to make sure MRTG was working correctly
prior to doing so. On the test installation when I run MRTG I get the
following warnings and get no info in the images.

WARNING: Skipping host 10.117.101.1 as it does not resolve to an IPv4
address
WARNING: no data for ifInOctets&ifOutOctets:public at 10.117.101.1. Skipping
further queries for Host 10.117.101.1 in this round.
WARNING: Skipping host 10.117.14.2 as it does not resolve to an IPv4
address
WARNING: no data for ifInOctets&ifOutOctets:public at 10.117.14.2. Skipping
further queries for Host 10.117.14.2 in this round.

I do not get the warnings in v2.9.22. I can resolve the address to a DNS
entry. I know the device has data for the interfaces. Any idea's as to why
I get these warning under v2.10pre3 and how to resolve?
