Amol,

    If you are using Cisco Equipment on your network the Service Assurance
Agent can be set up to specifically measure Phase-Jitter.  These values can
then be extracted by SNMP.

Hi All,
Just to share this-

I have figured out a way to measure jitter (on voice networks) using SAA
(Service Assurance Agent)

The parameters to be graphed are:

Latest Jitter Operation's No of successful RTTs &
Latest Jitter Operation's Sum of successful RTTs

This will give a fair idea on any variation on the latency values between
the SAA owner and 
responder.

Please correct me, if anyone has a better way of graphing jitter.
