Resolution: Use FULL OID :) Garth was right! Thanks!

Target[33.1.2.5.0]:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.5.0&.1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.5.0:public at 172.31.39.5

So, instead of using "33.1.2.5.0" I needed to use
".1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.5.0"
