[mrtg] Week numbering incorrect

Second, my question. I've noticed that the week numbering in the monthly 
graphs is incorrect. The number is minus 1. It seems that the month counter 
starts at 0 instead of 1.

I've tried using Weekformat[_]: V and U, but this doesn't seem to effect the 
graphs in any way.

Now I'm looking at rateup.c to modify it. Before I do this, does anybody 
knows a way to fix my problem.
