Probably.  Supposedly RRDtool will read the flat files and import the 
data.  However, I don't know if RRDtool knows that the data it's going 
to import is at five minute intervals now that I've told it to store 
data every minute.  Plus there is the problem with the interface names. 
  You'll have to make sure the old data matches what the new interface 
is called.

Overall, I think the easiest thing would be just to move it to 
c:\mrtg.old and use it as an archive.  You'll be able to point to your 
browser to c:\mrtg.old\wwwroot\index.html and it should work.

If someone would like to explore the steps in doing an upgrade, I'll add 
it to my web site.  I figured the changes from the first version to the 
second were just too different to attempt an upgrade.
