[mrtg] Help Needed

Hello 
 
I am a newbie to Linux World. I have installed mrtg and other prerequisits of this software. I was able to monitor an ISP Router Ethernet Port, its CPU Utilization and Memory Utilization.
 
1. I want to monitor how many users are online and  offline.
2. I want to configure the PRI  Status Which is Connected to RAS  (Remote Access Server) . These are on e1 e2 etc. ports.
It's basic function will be to calculate how many users are connected to one PRI.
 
I got a sample mrtg.cfg from another ISP but when i run the mrtg.cfg
It displays OID Error. How can I get the OID of Devices connected to my network.
 
If anything is missing ,  please forgive me and told me
