MRTG does not by itself send traps
What you want to look for is the MRTG config file for
alby-fr.fms.vosn.verizon.com_16.
In it, you will want to search for ThreshProg.
On one of the ThreshProg lines, you will see a reference to a program to
call (run) when a threshold is breached.
That program is likely the one that generates the SNMP trap
Hope this helps!

I am not sure what this event means. I would like to
see in MRTG where the trap is sent. I have looked
around the FAQ and documentation. I have no idea where
to start from. Could somebody help me with some
pointers.
